DriveDeal is an online automotive marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicles listed on the platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating listings.
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
  • You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to buy or sell a vehicle.

4. Fees and Premium Features

Basic listings are free. We may offer premium features (e.g., Premium Listings) for a fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. If you enable auto-renew for premium features, you agree to be charged on a recurring basis until canceled.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. DriveDeal makes no representations regarding the accuracy of listings, the condition of any vehicles, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

DriveDeal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any transactions entered into through the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
